Privacy
This site copies playlists from Apple Music to YouTube Music for the person who signs in. It is a personal, non-commercial project.
What is stored
- Your Google account ID and email address, to keep your data separate from other users'.
- Your YouTube access token (from "Sign in with Google"), encrypted, so a transfer can keep running after you close the page.
- The playlists you upload (playlist names, song titles, artists, albums, durations) and the YouTube Music matches you choose.
Your Apple Music login never reaches this site: the export script runs in your own browser on music.apple.com, and you upload the resulting file yourself.
How it is used
Your YouTube access is used only to create the playlists you choose to transfer and add songs to them, and to read those playlists back to check the result. It never deletes, reads your history, or does anything else with your account. Song searches are made without your account.
The use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Nothing is sold, shared, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Where and how long
Data is stored on a server in Germany (Hetzner) and sent only to Google/YouTube to perform the transfer. It is kept until you delete it with "Delete my data and revoke access" on the site, or automatically 90 days after your last visit. Deleting also revokes the site's access to your Google account. Server backups are rotated and expire.
You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

One sign-in cookie, needed for the site to work. No tracking, no analytics.
